C1A5H of Hype: Ciel, Sonia, Iris, Roll.EXE TF/TG

"Shut up, Daniel," Peter said, "the download is almost done."

Peter and Daniel were downstairs, on their NX, downloading something truly remarkable. Capcom gave in to the fans, finally, and at a huge E3 event on Nintendo's Digital Direct, they announced a Mega Man fighting game. And not just any Mega Man fighting game, a massive one! They had worked with huge rosters before, and this one included characters from every Mega Man series: the classic one, X, Zero, ZX, Legends, Battle Network, and Star Force, and each universe had 10 characters! That's 60 balanced fighters in a Capcom fighting game, and with long-awaited fan service filling it all to the brim! It practically spells hype!

That's why Daniel was bugging Peter. He was getting hyped up just watching the download progress bar move along, and who wouldn't be? They were going to play it on the NX, a system with special features I'm sure you're familiar with, and they'd be playing it with Leo and Adam, their Mega Man fanboy friends who were coming over today. Peter and Daniel were hyped to play this massive crossover fighting game, a specific genre they were big fans of, and they were excited for that feature Leo and Adam were oblivious to.

"Alright," Peter said, "the download is finished!"

"Yes!" Daniel said, as he heard the doorbell ring, "and they're here!"

Peter and Daniel ran to the door, hearing Eddie and Daisy barking at the guests as they always do.

"Should we let them know?" Daniel asked at the door.

"Last week, I had Renato... not know," Peter responded, "and it turned out great."

Peter opened the door to see Leo and Adam standing outside, pretty excited.

"Hey guys!" Peter said, "You ready to game?"

"I was born ready!" Adam said as he and Leo walked in.

After a little chat and the usual investigations of Eddie and Daisy, the four of them went downstairs to the basement. Peter and Daniel got spots on the couch next to each other, as Leo got the big chair and Adam got the round chair. They sat down to see the NX already waiting for a game to be selected.

"So," Leo started, "what game do we have? Smash Bros.?"

"Even better," Daniel said as he selected that magical game. Leo and Adam dropped their jaws, because... well, obvious reasons. This was their dream game, and they would be playing it here first.

"Oh my god!" Adam said in excitement, "I thought this game came out..."

"It came out last night at midnight," Peter said, "and I know how much it's worth to all of us."

The four of them were all treated to an epic opening in anime fashion, showing cutscenes from the story mode and a bunch of gameplay bits. They got some good info from those bits, learning that the game played much like a more fast-paced Power Stone. And no, not the Mega Man move.

"Pass me a controller!" Leo said as Daniel handed him one.

Peter selected VS mode, and the race was on for the player slots: Peter got P1, Daniel got P2, Adam got P3, and Leo got P4.

"Yes!" Peter said in triumph, "Now select a character!"

"Where do I even start?" Adam asked sarcastically.

"I have an idea," Leo said, "Let's all represent a different series!"

"And let's go all female!" Peter said, as he caught a look from Daniel that said, "You have a weird mind."

Leo wanted to represent his favorite series, Battle Network. He wanted to pick one of the bosses, but he decided to stay with Peter's rule.

"I'll go with..." he started, "...Roll.EXE."

Adam was a huge Megaman X fan, and he wanted to pick Iris even without Peter's rule. He always liked Iris, and seeing her in Project X Zone always made him smile, even if it's just proof of fan service. This game would probably do the same.

"I call Iris!" he said.

Peter and Daniel... well, they've only actually played the main series. They were unfamiliar with most of the characters. They noticed how each character was labeled with its "species", like human, robot master, and NetNavi. They spent some time pondering the odd side effects that would come with a robot.

"I'm... more comfortable with a human character," Peter said as he selected Ciel from Megaman Zero.

"Same here," Daniel said as he picked Sonia from Megaman Star Force.

"Odd thing to say," Leo commented, "but whatever."

As for the stage, they all agreed with Wily Stage 1. No one could ever resist.

"You're gonna get wrecked," Leo trash talked Daniel, "you human scrub!"

"Humans don't get wrecked," Daniel said, "robots do! Your body will be left to rust!"

"I will dismantle you all," Peter said, "and I'd watch your skirt, Adam!"

"Oh, you just get ready, Player 1," Adam said as the match began, "IT'S GAME TIME!"

Every character spawned on her own corner of the stage, and each had a cool little intro sequence.

"READY?" the game was showing on screen with an overly dramatic announcer, "C1A5H!"

"What was that?" Daniel asked, "Why is there 1337 speak in a Mega Man game?"

"Maybe the numbers are supposed to be like code," Leo said, "like a robot would use."

"Maybe it's just something new," Adam said.

"Maybe it's just weird," Peter said.

As the match began, they all ran at each other in the center of the stage and laid the beat down on each other. Leo and Adam were completely concentrated on the game, but Peter and Daniel were frequently looking down and at each other to see the inevitable changes progress.

The first changes to happen were in the hands holding the controllers. Peter's hands were losing what body hair was on them as they shrunk down a bit, becoming more dainty and feminine as his fingers lengthened a bit. Pink gloves were forming on them, which seemed like winter gloves but didn't change how Peter was playing. Daniel's hands shrunk down more than Peter's, as his fingers lengthened and slimmed down more to get the look of an 12 year old girl. Adam's hands shrunk the same way as Peter's, but the difference was how the skin on his hands was hardening into metal, despite how his fingers could still be moved. White armor was beginning to cover his hand, which appropriate joint areas. Leo's hands were going through similar changes as Adam's, only it was red armor that was covering them.

Peter's and Daniel's arms slimmed down more (especially on Daniel's part) and shortened in length (especially on Peter's part), looking much more petite. Adam's and Leo's arms also slimmed and shortened, turning metal in the process. Leo's red hand armor went a little past his wrist, as a yellow ring-like metal separated the black armor that his sleeves were forming into. Adam's arm shortened even more, being covered in white armor from his sleeves, as his elbows were being covered in bigger armor that was forming. On his left arm, it was sort of funnel-shaped red armor with a blue edge, and on his right arm, it was blue armor with red on the sides. It looked almost as if right now, Adam could retract his hands and blast out of the armor. Also, light blue shoulder armor formed on his shoulders.

All of their torsos shrunk inwards, especially the stomach areas, as their hip areas extended outwards more. All of their torsos shortened in height, especially Adam's and Peter's. Peter's red shirt shrunk to fit his new torso as the sleeves extended to fit his entire arms. The shirt separated from the sleeves, which became black. The shirt became pink as it merged with his shorts, which shortened even more and became pink. The pant legs combined, and a few minor changes completed the pink skirt on his pink dress. Underneath, his underwear tightened and became black, to be used later in the changes. A pink resistance vest also formed on his small torso, which grew a collar around his neck. Daniel's green shirt was becoming pink with yellow stripes, as it shrunk to fit his 12 year old torso and the sleeves reached the ends of the arms. As they did, they continued to extend over the hands, as fingerless gloves were formed by them. His shorts became green, shortening even more, as his underwear shrunk into a pink pair of panties. A pink sweatshirt also formed on him, with relatively short sleeves, a black musical note on the left side of his chest, and little bumps on the sides of the hood to give a more musical appearance. Adam's torso became metal, as his shirt was becoming heavy armor. Blue armor was shaped in such a way to resemble breasts, and a yellow lining separated it from the red armor above. A metal belt with a red center formed in between his pants and shirt, which were merging. His pants became the same blue metal his shirt was, as the leggings shrunk to just over his knees and merged together. They extended outwards, as big red plates were covering certain parts of his new skirt-like armor. Leo's shirt was becoming pink armor like his sleeves, as it separated from them. A special lock system formed in between to keep them connected, like assembling a gun. A circular golden-lined emblem emerged from his chest, and it depicted what looked like a zoomed-in heart. His shorts were thickening to become armor as they separated around the crotch area, with that area red and the rest black. Like the shirts and sleeves, they interlocked with each other. On his backside, a little yellow button attached like a tail.

Peter and Daniel were focused on the changes, and only they could hear the faint sound of... metal bending?

"Did you hear that?" Peter whispered.

"That metal sound?" Daniel whispered back.

"Do you think that was the gender loss?" Peter continued to whisper.

Peter was correct, as the privates on Leo and Adam had been pushed back inside their bodies and closed up, as they would be unnecessary for their upcoming forms and defying of how female they would appear. Peter and Daniel could still feel their privates bulging against their tight underwear, but they felt them quickly retreat back into them, as they were switched out with the opposite gender and a wave of femininity washed over the rest of their bodies, as a new reproductive system formed and X chromosomes replaced the old Y's.

Peter's skirt, Daniel's pants, and even Adam's and Leo's armor felt a bit loose, but that changed when their hips expanded to relatively feminine proportions, although only Daniel's was very noticeable. Their legs were slimming down like their arms, shortening in the process until everyone was somewhere around 4'9". Their feet also shrunk down a bit, becoming more petite, as their toes were lengthened. Peter's sneakers lost their laces, as they tightened and puffed out more on the collars. They became pink with white toe and back areas, as the outsoles lengthened a bit to make her shoes slightly heeled. Her socks were becoming black, lengthening all the way up her skirt and combining with her underwear to form tights. Daniel's sneakers lost their laces as well, as they thickened, tightened, and lengthened almost to her knees. They became blue boots with gray toes, black soles, and a light blue design down the middle of them. The legs of Adam and Leo were becoming metal, with Adam's becoming white, as their socks disappeared and Adam's shoes expanded far outwards. They were flattening as a black lining formed around them and they separated from the rest of the shoes. They went a little upwards, extending up her legs, as they became red and thickened into metal leg armor, separating in the middle. Together, they were like a pair of boots. They were given a thick blue lining on both sides, each of which had little yellow triangles pointing downwards, the direction they can come off on. Leo's feet underwent similar changes to Peter's and Daniel's, as her shoes lost their laces, became metal, and extended up to where the shorts armor ended. They became separated a little below the knees, where rings like those on her arms formed. The feet portion became pink and thickened into armor as the heel areas grew out more, giving her heeled shoe-like armor. The top portion became red, thickening out like the rest of the armor, as more interlocking systems formed, and her bodysuit-like armor was nearing completion.

And finally, the heads. All of their heads shrunk down a bit to be proportionate with their bodies, gaining more feminine curves on the faces as the last of Adam's and Leo's skin became metal. Their faces were smoothing out more, taking on a younger appearance. Their mouths expanded, their noses greatly shrunk, and their eyes grew out a great amount. Peter's eyes were around anime size with tiny pupils and huge irises, which changed from brown to blue. Daniel's eyes looked more rounded out, with more proportionate irises that changed from brown to green. Adam's eyes were a bit smaller than everyone else's, but still round, as they became green. Leo's eyes, now about the size of Daniel's, became green as well. Their eyebrows thinned out as a white helmet formed on Peter's head, with hot pink on top, a hole in back, and a retractable white visor. Her hair was going from black to blonde as it greatly grew out the hole, forming a ponytail, only with multiple masses of hair instead of one. Also, three angular bangs grew out the helmet's front, finishing Peter's change into Ciel. Daniel's brown hair became a pinkish red, as it grew down to her neck on the sides and in back. Spike-looking points on the bottom of her hanging hair, completing her changes into Sonia. Adam's black hair became brown, as it extended down her back to her knees, along with down her sides and face (but not enough for her to notice). A red beret formed on her head as halfway down her hair, a blue ring of metal tied it into a ponytail. Leo's shirt armor formed a collar around her neck and extended around her face, covering everything on her head but her face and the very back. More emblems formed on the sides of her new helmet as two "plates" formed on her forehead, carrying transparent yellow antennae that curved in a circle around her. Finally, her blonde hair became a richer shade of blonde as it shortened, becoming metal. However, in back, her metal hair extended into a long, thick, geometric ponytail with a metal green ribbon.

The match was finally almost over. In the end, Adam simply triumphed over everyone else, upsetting Leo but going past Peter and Daniel as they looked over their changes.

"Yes!" Adam said in her... regular masculine voice? "I'm Adam and you got dominated!"

"Wait," Peter said in her younger, feminine voice, "why hasn't your voice changed?"

"Why would..." Leo said before noticing Peter's voice, turning to check him. "What did I just... WHAT THE FRACK!"

"Stop making swears up," Adam said before noticing everyone, "Why are you... WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU? WHAT HAPPENED TO ME?"

"Open your eyes, Adam," Leo said, "we've become who we were playing as! The game is cursed!"

"The reactions are always the best part!" Daniel said in her younger voice.

"But how come... AH!" Adam started before he and Leo clenched their stomachs in pain, as they fell unconscious. Finally, the changes Peter and Daniel feared, their insides were changing, and fast. Their bones and muscle were converting to metal, and morphine to maximize utility in their metal bodies. Their hearts and lungs became fuel tanks with their blood becoming... um, energy (Is that the case? Or is it a very efficient battery?). Their now useless stomachs and lungs became metal and reformed into other real necessities, as their throats, esophaguses, and wind pipes closed up. All that was in their throats was their Adam's apples, which fell to the bottom and converted into... interesting metal voice boxes, which provided speech and the high-pitched voices of girls. Their nerves grouped up and formed into a computer system, which linked directly to the fuel tanks and needed to hook up to one more thing. With that, their brains were bent, shrunken, and flattened into data chips, as all of their memories and personality traits were converted to data for use with it. The eyes previously connected with it flattened more and held themselves up as lights were built into them, completing Adam's and Leo's changes into Iris and Roll.EXE. As the systems started up, their lights lit up and they awoke from their unconscious states, feeling odd.

"What just..." Leo started, noticing her new voice. It sounded more robotic, and that's when she realized what just happened, which was confirmed when Adam started panicking over her inability to breathe.

"You're mechanical now, Adam!" Peter said as she and Daniel ran up to Adam, "You don't need air! Just calm down!"

Adam did as she was told, noticing nothing happening as she stopped trying to breathe.

"Why are you so calm about this?" Adam asked.

After another lengthy explanation about how this was expected and the effects were reversible, Adam and Leo finally calmed down, and as normally, they began to admire their bodies.

"So now what?" Daniel asked.

"Well I need to get outside," Peter said she started to walk upstairs, "this clothing is pretty heavy!"

"We're... gonna see what we can do now!" Adam said as she and Leo followed.

Daniel walked with them, but stopped at the closet to get something out of it.

"Guess I'll try this out!" she said as she grabbed a guitar and continued walking.
